We will accept returns and exchanges of our items as long as they are in original packaging . All items have to be unworn. 

Can we exchange products?

Once a product is out for shipping, we can allow for exchange of products only after it has been returned.

Returns are accepted as long as they are not worn and out of their regular packages. It should also carry the original tag. Also, please note you will be responsible to ship the product back.

When will I get a refund?

Once the product is received a refund will be processed for the order. Please allow for up to 10 business day to process the request. We will mail out the check to you,please specify the name and address correctly.

How do I cancel my order once it has already been ordered?

We accept cancellation of any order only within 24 hr of ordering. Please email [email protected] with the reason for cancellation, to process your refund. 

What if I want more than one quantity of the same bow tie?

Unfortunately our bow ties are all unique and no two bow ties are of the same design. Hence we cannot fulfill order greater than 1.

What if my product was delivered but it has a damage?

If the product is not satisfactory or damaged, please let us know right away. We will do our very best to replace your item free of cost. However the item will have to be shipped back to us. 

In cases where there is extensive damage to the item during shipping, we will bear all costs and a refund will be issued for shipping.

What are the care instructions for the products?

Our scarves and bow ties are made with premium quality materials like wool and  8mm silk . For extended life of the product , please dry clean whenever possible. Spot cleaning is also a great way to protect the fabric. Do Not Bleach or use in dryer since this may damage the product.
